If we take a look back in our world’s history we uncover a wealth of knowledge and explanations of how we, as a species, came to be. There are, however, numerous areas to which no one can afford an explanation and all we are left with are questions which may never be answered.
Stories of the bizarre and unexplained have long intrigued me. I love a good mystery and a number of the stories that I’ll be sharing here have sent a chill up my spine as well as left me pondering. How did that happen? Who could have done that? What caused this? These are the questions that I both long to have answered and yet don’t ever want to know because, I admit, part of the thrill of these stories is the mystery behind them. Knowing the answers would remove the thrill much like knowing the secrets behind a great magic trick or illusion.
So I invite you to welcome a little of the unknown into your hearts as we take a look at some of the world’s great unsolved mysteries.
